Membership Requirements for Reconnext Registration

Welcome to Reconnext, the premier event for paediatric dentists hosted by the Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry (AAPD). Please note that Reconnext is exclusively for current AAPD members who are paediatric dentists. If you’re already logged in as a member, proceed to register for Reconnext by clicking the “Register Now” button below. Registration

Early bird fees are valid until Thursday 16 July 2026 and must be paid in full by this date.
From 17 July 2026, the standard registration fee will apply.

All fees are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Leanne Sherwood leanne@conference.nz in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of AU$150.00 will be made providing notification is received by Friday 17 July 2026. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Registrations received by Conference Innovators will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the conference and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

The Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

All details are correct at the time of publication. The Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry reserve the right to change the program and social functions at any time without notice.

Opinions expressed by presenters in their abstracts and during their presentations are personal and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry nor Conference Innovators covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.

The Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry Academy and Conference Innovators will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates during the conference. Nor will the Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry and Conference Innovators take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities.

We may employ an official conference photographer. The Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry and Conference Innovators may wish to use images or video footage taken by the photographer on the conference website or to promote future conferences. If you don’t give permission for the Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry to use images for this purpose, please contact leanne@conference.nz.
