Membership Requirements for Reconnext Registration

Welcome to Reconnext, the premier event for paediatric dentists hosted by the Australasian Academy of Paediatric Dentistry (AAPD). Please note that Reconnext is exclusively for current AAPD members who are paediatric dentists. If you’re already logged in as a member, proceed to register for Reconnext by clicking the “Register Now” button below. Registration

Earlybird fees are valid until Friday 22 August 2025 and must be paid in full by this date. From Saturday 23 August the standard registration fee will apply.

All fees are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Early bird

AAPD MEMBER

  • Attendance at all conference sessions (Friday - Saturday)
  • Daily catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea)
  • One ticket to the Presidents Cocktail Function
  • One ticket to the Conference Dinner

POST-GRADUATE STUDENT

  • Attendance at Postgraduate day (Thursday and all conference sessions (Friday - Saturday)
  • Daily catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea)
  • One ticket to the Presidents Cocktail Function

Cancellation and refund policy

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Leanne Sherwood leanne@conference.nz in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $150.00 will be made providing notification is received by Friday 29 August 2025. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Reconnext 2025 Conference is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
