Cancellation and refund policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Leanne Sherwood leanne@conference.nz in writing. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $150.00 will be made providing notification is received by Friday 29 August 2025. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Reconnext 2025 Conference is cancelled, then the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
